Jeff Jarrett Comments On WWE-TNA Partnership

Jeff Jarrett, who now works for AEW, was one of the founders of TNA in 2002.

Speaking on Fanrun Radio in Tennessee, Jarrett was asked about the partnership between WWE and TNA.

"A wise man builds his house upon a rock. Way way back in the day, when TNA got started in 2002, that name and the branding was built, and it's gone through a lot of evolutions. You kind of see what you built. My mindset, born and raised in the territory era, and when I launched Global Force, the collaborative effort of working together, the days of not really working together and that type mindset is so yesteryear and passe. At the end of the day, if you create a scenario where the wrestling fans win, we all win. At the very core of all of it, you have to figure out how you satisfy your customer, what a novel concept these days, but the customer is always right. If it's good for the customer, it's incumbent on the business to figure out how to adapt and make it work for the bottom line," he said.

Jarrett is winding down his in-ring career after re-signing with AEW and embarking on his last ride as the Last Outlaw tour.
