Josh Alexander Segment Set For 10/13 IMPACT Wrestling, No Disqualification Match Also Announced

IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander will kick off the October 13 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

IMPACT announced the news in a tweet on October 11 as the company has started to announce the card for Thursday's show, which comes just a few days after IMPACT Bound For Glory.

Riho Returns On 6/29 AEW Collision, Confronts Serena Deeb

Alexander successfully defended his title against Eddie Edwards at the pay-per-view. Honor No More attacked him after the bout, but Bully Ray made the save after he teased cashing in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy on the champion. Ray and Alexander stared each other down to close the show.

Elsewhere on the show, Matt Cardona will battle Bhupinder Gujjar. Cardona returned to the IMPACT ring during the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at Bound For Glory. Before that, he hadn't wrestled for the company since he went down with a torn bicep at GCW Downward Spiral in May. Cardona returned to the ring at NWA 74, and he has been active around the wrestling world ever since. He won the Wrestling Showcase Championship tournament, and he has wrestled for GCW. Cardona also competed at several shows in the United Kingdom.

Plus, Killer Kelly will face Tasha Steelz in a No Disqualification Match. In a Six-Way X-Division Match, Trey Miguel will face Laredo Kid, Kenny King, Alex Zayne, Black Taurus, and Yuya Uemura. Finally, VXT (Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green) will team up with Gisele Shaw to face the Death Dollz (Taya Valkyrie, Rosemary, and Jessicka).
