After defeating Buddy Matthews at AEW Grand Slam: Australia, Kazuchika Okada appeared in a brief backstage vignette on the February 22 episode of AEW Collision. Okada gloated about putting Matthews down, saying that's what he does to "bitches."
He then stated that if any other "bitches" wanted to step up to him, they would be put down as well.

Kazuchika Okada has been the AEW Continental Champion for 340 days and has defended the title against PAC, Bryan Danielson, Tomohiro Ishii, and others.
