The NWA World Women's Championship changed hands at NWA 75.
At NWA 75 Night Two, Kenzie Paige challenged Kamille for the title the night after she won the Burke Invitational Gauntlet to earn a shot at the gold. The match went back and forth, and Kamille nearly scored the win with a slam off the top. She went for the Spear, but Paige moved, sending the champion into an exposed turnbuckle. Paige then dropped Kamille with a cutter and scored the three count.
Paige celebrated with her family at ringside. She then celebrated with her Pretty Empowered stablemates, Ella Envy and Kylie Paige, at the top of the stage.
