Kevin Nash is a big fan of Diesel.
The Royal Rumble match in 2011 boasted 40 different entrants, allowing legends like Booker T and Diesel to enter the match. Since then, only the Greatest Royal Rumble match has featured more entrants, as that match touted 50 entrants back in 2018 and featured legends like Kurt Angle, The Great Khali, and Mark Henry.
On the latest edition of his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash was asked to name one of his favorite surprise entrants in Royal Rumble history. In a joking fashion, Nash gushed over Diesel's appearance in the 2011 Royal Rumble match.
“2011 when that Diesel guy came through in Boston, I popped for that. Just the fact that it was Diesel. He actually realized it was downhill after he put the glove on, so he took his time putting the glove on. Fucking smart guy.”
