Kofi Kingston To Karrion Kross: 8 Seconds Is Longer Than You've Held A Title On The Main Roster

Kofi Kingston might only have one arm right now, but his mouth still works, and he has no problem correcting Karrion Kross and firing an insult back at him.

Before his match against Xavier Woods on the July 29 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Karrion Kross remarks that he felt Kofi Kingston should have retired after "losing the WWE Championship to Brock Lesnar in six seconds." Kingston would take to social media to respond to this. Kingston confirmed in a post on X that his WWE Championship match with Brock Lesnar on the October 4, 2019 episode of WWE SmackDown was eight seconds, not six.

Kofi Kingston took another job at Karrion Kross by saying that even those eight seconds are longer than Kross has ever held a championship on the main roster.

Kofi Kingston is still on the shelf with an injury that was "caused" by Karrion Kross. Kingston did compete on the recent tour of Japan, but WWE claimed on the July 29 WWE Raw that Kingston had reaggravated the injury while wrestling in Japan.
