Lacey Evans Says She Had Fun In WWE, Calls Vince McMahon A Cool Boss

Lacey Evans departed WWE after her contract expired on August 16.

Evans last wrestled in a dark match on July 7, losing to Zelina Vega. Evans (Macey Estrella) has gone on to a different venture, opening up Sunny Summers Cafe in Beaufort, SC. She also has a FanTime website.

Appearing on a Highspots Virtual Signing, Evans answered various wrestling related questions and comments.

When someone commented that they missed Lacey in WWE, she replied, "I know honey, I know."

After someone commented that they hoped she was doing well after WWE, she commented, "Honey, if you only knew," before plugging her FanTime. FanTime plugs were consistent throughout the signing.

Asked where she was going next, she said, "Wherever the hell I want."

When someone said WWE should have pushed her in the title picture, she replied, "They did, and then I reproduced."

Lacey was in a program with WWE Raw Women's Champion Asuka in 2021 when she became pregnant.

Later during the signing, she commented, "As you all know, I get to do pretty much anything I want now. I have all the time in the world. I love to be at the cafe."

Asked how it was working for WWE, Lacey replied, "It was awesome. So much fun."

At one point during the stream, Lacey sneezed. When it was told to her that Vince McMahon hated sneezing because it means you lacked self control, Lacey said she never heard that, but commented, "I could see that. Vince McMahon was a cool boss."
