The story may not be over between Liv Morgan and Lana.
This year in WWE started with a soap opera-esque bombshell as Liv Morgan interrupted the wedding of Bobby Lashley and Lana on the final Raw of 2019 to reveal that she and Lana were lovers. Shortly after that, as is sometimes the case in WWE, the storyline was dropped. Liv Morgan defeated Lana and several matches but there was never any further storyline explanation regarding the details of their supposed relationship and eventual breakup.
Speaking with Sportskeeda, Lana revealed that she was very proud of what she and Liv Morgan accomplished in such a short period of time and would say that she believes the storyline can be picked up at any point by WWE and resumed with more detail.
“I love Liv Morgan so much. I was excited to do what we did, because Liv Morgan is one of my best friends, and I have been close with her over the years,” said Lana. “Really, our bond for wrestling… We love WWE. We love wrestling so much. We have an incredible bond.”
She continued, "I can see the story picking up any time, any day. I think it's a very, very compelling story and I would love to revisit it. So, that's what I was told. That we're going to revisit it at some point. So I'm looking forward to revisiting it at some point."
