Lance Archer likes the pairing of The Monster and The Machine.

On the October 8th episode of AEW Dynamite, Lance Archer joined The Don Callis Family through a talent exchange with Jake Roberts. Brian Cage also joined the stable on the October 16th episode of AEW Dynamite, and Don Callis revealed that he would team up with Archer. Cage and Archer defeated Jack Cartwheel and Jon Cruz at AEW Battle of the Belts XII.

Speaking on The Hawk's Nest with Marcus DeAngelo (via 1TS), Lance Archer was asked about teaming with Brian Cage.

“I think it’s a good combination. It’s a combination that we’ve tried to have happen a few different times. We’ve fought each other on the independent scene, we’ve never actually fought each other in AEW. We’ve called each other out at different times. But I think you’ve got The Machine, you’ve got The Monster, you throw us together, who knows what the hell’s gonna happen?" Archer said.

Archer also noted that they did not have an official name yet, and while they were throwing things at the wall, they would see what happened.
