Lex Luger has a Hall of Fame resume on paper as a two-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, a five-time WCW United States Champion and a three-time WCW Tag Team Champion.

Despite his success in the ring, Luger is not in the WWE Hall of Fame.

Speaking to Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Luger was asked how he's not in the Hall of Fame.

"People say good things come to those who wait. Always hopeful. If not, I still have had a great career. There are a lot of deserving guys other than me who still aren't in as well. It would be a huge honor if and when it happens," said Luger.

Asked if his relationship with Vince McMahon is why he was never inducted, Luger replied, "I don't know what criteria they do because there are a lot of guys who should have been in. I don't know if it was me personally or anything with Vince. I'm not sure about that. Only they can answer that."

It is unknown if or when Luger will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

He did confirm that he is under a Legends deal with WWE and has been for ten years.
