Maria Kanellis shares an update.
Maria Kanellis has been open about her health in recent months. She previously announced that she would be having surgery in September due to a mass on her adrenal gland.
Kanellis took to Twitter/X on September 3rd to provide an update. She wrote that they thought it was a pheochromocytoma, which meant that she had to take medication before the surgery so that she would not have a heart attack during the procedure. Kanellis wrote that, as of now, the surgery was scheduled for October 24th.
They think it’s a pheochromocytoma which means I have to take medication before I can have surgery so I don’t have a heart attack during surgery. As of right now the surgery is scheduled for October 24th.

Kanellis also wrote that she had to go to an endocrinologist and a geneticist, and her children would was well. She said that the biopsy would be after surgery to check for cancer.
