- Mark Briscoe defeated Roderick Strong to retain the ROH World Championship, despite some interference by Matt Taven and Mike Bennett.

- Atlantis Jr. won the Survival of the Fittest match to retain the ROH World Television Championship.

- Melissa Santos debuted as she interviewed MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden).

- MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) won their ROH debut, as they defeated Serpentico and Angelico.

- Kyle Fletcher and Don Callis helped Unsiputed Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) beat Tomohiro Ishii and Kyle O'Reilly to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship.

- Leyla Hirsch defeated Diamante in a brutal Texas Death Match.

- Lee Moriarty defeated Wheeler Yuta to win the ROH Pure Championship.

- Red Velvet defeated Billie Starks to win the ROH Women's World Television Championship.

- Dustin Rhodes and The Von Erichs (Marshall and Ross Von Erich) beat Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver & Alex Reynolds) to advance to the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship match at AEW Battle of the Belts XI. Katsuyori Shibata celebrated with The Von Erichs and Rhodes.

- Lexy Nair helped Athena beat Queen Aminata and retain the ROH Women's World Championship.

- Top Flight (Dante and Darius Martin) defeated The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum).

- Marina Shafir beat Angelica Risk.

- The Beast Mortos defeated Komander.

- The Infantry (Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo) defeated Anthony Henry and Griff Garrison. The Infantry then discussed their win.

- New ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty commented on his win.

- The Beast Mortos roared.

- Athena commented on her win, alongside Billie Starkz and Lexy Nair.

- Commentator Ian Riccaboni reflected on the show and called it his favorite ROH pay-per-view.
