Matt Hardy looks forward to facing Nick Gage.
Matt Hardy will make his GCW debut at GCW Now And Forever on August 2nd. There, he will face Nick Gage, a former GCW World Champion who is known for his deathmatch style.
Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the veteran was asked about facing Gage.
“MDK, if I’m not mistaken, that stands for ‘Murder, Death, Kill,’ and then I am the man who will not die. So it looks like we have a bit of a dilemma on our hands. When they told me, ‘It’s gonna be Nick Gage,’ I said, ‘Okay, let’s go to work. Let’s get out there and go to war. Let’s do battle.’ It is what it is. It’s gonna be interesting walking into GCW, just from the fan reaction to the reaction during the match. I don’t know what to expect. I am ready for anything, so I’m just gonna go out there. My cardio’s gonna be good, I’ll make sure I have my fighting boots on," Hardy said.
Hardy also noted that it was exciting not knowing what to expect because it allowed you to do something different. He expressed his excitement about the match.
