Matt Riddle: I Don't Care If Brock Lesnar Wants The Match Or Not, It's Not Up To Him

It doesn't matter how Brock Lesnar feels about a potential match with Matt Riddle. Because Riddle promises to retire "The Beast."

On Sunday it was reported Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle got into a verbal confrontation at WWE Royal Rumble, with Lesnar reportedly telling Riddle to stop tagging him on social media and that the two would never work together.

Riddle was a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble, but came out to the ring after Lesnar had already been tossed from the match.

In a video uploaded by the WWE Performance Center account, Riddle once again addressed Lesnar following his Royal Rumble appearance.

"I really wanted to get my hands on Brock. I saw him throwing everyone around. I don't care what he says or anybody else says. I don't care if he wants the match or not. I'm gonna get it. I don't care. It's not up to him. I don't like being told 'no,' especially when I work as hard as I do. I guarantee you, I will get my hands on him and I will make that match happen. I take his career. I promise," he stated.

There was no footage of the reported verbal altercation between Riddle and Lesnar in the video, which you can view above. And Riddle did not explicitly reference any kind of altercation with Lesnar in his comments in the video.
