Miyu Yamashita is sidelined for the time being with a concussion.
Ahead of the 100th show for Pro Wrestling EVE, the promotion has announced that its reigning champion, Miyu Yamashita, will not be able to fly out to London for the event because she has been diagnosed with a concussion.
Making the announcement on Twitter, Pro Wrestling EVE has yet to announce how this will change the card on Saturday, January 7. However, they have stated that an announcement will come in the coming days, and Yamashita's next appearance will be announced as soon as possible.

We're sorry to report that TJPW star and EVE Champion Miyu Yamashita has been diagnosed with a concussion by doctors and is therefore unable to fly and appear at #EVE100 this Saturday in London.
We sincerely apologize for this change to the card and are sure that fans around the world will join us in wishing a full recovery to Miyu Yamashita who's health and full recovery remains priority.
An announcement concerning the change of card to EVE100 and the next appearance of the Pro Wrestling EVE Champion Miyu Yamashita in London, England will be made as soon as possible.

Update: Yamashita commented on her injury in a tweet. She stated hat she was sorry that the title match had to be canceled and expressed her frustration that she was unable to compete.
Yamashita also promsed to be back soon.
