Dwight Howard could be coming to a squared circle near you.
WWE is currently in the midst of holding tryout sessions in Nashville as a part of SummerSlam weekend. Although the tryout was opened mainly to college athletes, NBA Champion Dwight Howard has taken it upon himself to show up and show out in front of top WWE executives.
Reporter Arash Markazi shared the following video on his Twitter profile, where you can see Howard cutting a promo on stage in character, one that we could see on WWE programming one day.

Markazi noted in his tweet that Howard told him that he was legitimacy interested in joining WWE one day. Howard has attended multiple SmackDown tapings in the past, as documented by WWE's YouTube channel.
Howard was originally drafted first overall by the Orlando Magic back in 2004. Since then, Howard has also played with the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, and more. Aside from the NBA Championship he won with the Lakers in 2020, Howard is also an 8x All-Star, 3x Defensive Player Of The Year, and a 5x All-NBA First Team player.
