Toni Storm has regained the AEW Women's Championship.
Toni Storm defeated Mariah May to win the AEW Women's Title in the main event of AEW Grand Slam Australia.
Near the end of the match Storm hit the four hip attacks in the corner followed by a Storm Zero, but May kicked out. May responded with a pair of May Days, but Storm kicked out.
The finish saw May hit a Storm Zero, but as she went for another May Day, Storm escaped and caught May in a small package to get the three count.

This marks Storm's fourth reign at AEW Women's Champion. May's reign ends at 174 days. She won the title from Storm at AEW All In 2024 and made seven successful title defenses.
