Meta Girls are on the rise.
Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend defeated the Unholy Union of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre to become the number one contenders for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship on the January 14 episode of WWE NXT.
They scored the victory with their Wheelbarrow Cutter combo.

The titles are currently held by Bianca Belair and Naomi and can be defended across WWE Monday Night Raw, WWE Friday Night SmackDown, and WWE NXT. A date for the future championship match was not set.
In the past, Jackson and Legend have appeared on WWE television and challenged for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship in Saudi Arabia at WWE Crown Jewel.
