Since being announced as the WWE SmackDown general manager in October 2023, Nick Aldis has not put on his wrestling boots.
Aldis hasn't wrestled since ACW Bluegrass Con on October 7, 2023 and it is unknown if he will wrestle again.
Aldis hopes to lace his boots at least once more before he calls it a career.
"Honestly, no," Aldis told Chris Van Vliet on Insight when asked if he was content with his career if he didn't wrestle again. "I would like to lace them up. I don't care if it's on a regular basis, but I've earned it. If it was one more time, so be it. I feel like I meet the criteria to be on that canvas at least once."
Aldis is a former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion and IMPACT World Champion.
