Logan Paul: I’m An Athlete; Bad Bunny Is A Musician, He Has No Business Being As Good As He Is

Nicky Jam and Logan Paul discuss Bad Bunny's trek into the world of WWE.

Bad Bunny is one of the most famous music artists in the world. He has had the opportunity to appear at the Met Gala and has won several awards. However, as a massive WWE fan, Bunny has also had the opportunity to compete several times in WWE.

In doing so, Bunny helps bring his music and culture to a new audience. Reggaeton artist Nicky Jam believes that Bunny is brilliant for diversifying in this way, as he tells Logan Paul on a recent Impaulsive podcast.

"He [Bad Bunny] is a smart-ass motherfucker," said Jam. "Because my mentality is a lot of white kids don't know shit about Spanish music, but they know about wrestling, and when they see him wrestling, 'Who's this guy, man? Who's this guy?' Because it's very important — he's opening up to a new audience when he does that. He has cojones because I don't think I could do shit like that. Get in the fucking ring, getting fucking slammed everywhere, and shit like that. I respect that.

"I think he's smart. He doesn't really have to do it because he already has his crew, he has his people, I forgot, but he's making himself bigger and bigger, getting a bigger audience," Jam added.

Logan Paul agreed with Nicky Jam about Bad Bunny's testicular fortitude. Signed to a WWE contract in his own right, Logan says that the difference between what he does in WWE and what Bad Bunny does in WWE is that Logan had prior experience as an athlete.

"This is what I say to people who are trying to compare me and Bad Bunny in WWE. I wrestled in high school. I did sports and athletics. I am a YouTuber, but I'm an athlete, bro. I was an athlete first," he said. "I can still surprise people because I'm a YouTuber, but I was an athlete first. Bunny is a musician, dude. He has no business being as good as he is, but he comes in there, and he crushes it."

Bad Bunny last appeared for WWE at WWE Backlash 2023, where he defeated Damian Priest with the help of the LWO. Savio Vega, who was also present at Backlash, says he heard that Bunny might be in talks with WWE to be used at WWE SummerSlam on August 5.

Logan Paul hasn't appeared since WrestleMania 39, where he lost to Seth Rollins. However, Logan is slated to appear on the June 19 episode of Monday Night Raw. Learn more here.
