Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal.
NXT isn't just bringing back the old WCW pay-per-view Halloween Havoc for a special episode of NXT on October 28, but is also bringing back the infamous wheel that was the center of the 1992 edition of the show. At the end of tonight's episode of NXT, General Manager William Regal revealed that Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano will challenge for the NXT Women's and North American titles, respectively, in separate matches at Halloween Havoc.
The twist of their matches is that there will be match stipulations decided by "Spin The Wheel, Make A Deal." When Halloween Havoc host Shotzi Blackheart revealed the wheel, a few of the stipulations that were listed included Coal Miner's On A Poll, Casket Match, Biker's Chain Match, Buried Alive Match, Blindfold Match, Boiler Room Brawl and more.

The wheel was the focal point of the match between Jake Roberts and Sting in 1992. At the Halloween Havoc pay-per-view that year, the wheel landed on the Coal Miner's Glove match and Sting emerged victorious.
The two title matches (Damian Priest vs. Gargano & Io Shirai vs. LeRae) are rematches from their NXT TakeOver 31 bouts in which Priest and Shirai retained their titles.
