Paige went first overall to the Twitch brand in the WWE Draft.
Both nights of the WWE Draft have now concluded and while there are free agents who remain free to sign -- or be drafted in the case of Shorty G, Lince Dorado, and Gran Metalik -- with either brand, Paige's name was absent from the draft pool. Paige retired in April 2018 and after a stint as the SmackDown General Manager and Kabuki Warriors manager, hasn't been on television much since October 2019.
During her time away, she's become one of the most popular WWE superstars on Twitch, which is the brand she now represents following the WWE Draft.

WWE has cracked down on talent engaging on third-party platforms, which drew the ire of Paige and others. After an email by Vince McMahon stipulated that WWE would be taking control of accounts at the end of the month, Paige took to social media to comment, saying she was proud of the fanbase she built on the platform.
