It's far from over between The Pinnacle and The Inner Circle.
Typically, a match as brutal as Blood & Guts would be the end of a rivalry but for Inner Circle and The Pinnacle, it was only the beginning.
Following their victory in Blood & Guts, The Pinnacle arrived at the May 12 episode of Dynamite to celebrate their victory and be coordinated as the kings of the promotion.
Instead, even though they were gifted watches by Tully Blanchard, the Inner Circle would wind up being sprayed by a little bit of the bubbly courtesy of Chris Jericho and the Inner Circle and that is when Maxwell Jacob Friedman agreed to give them another match on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at AEW Double Or Nothing in Stadium Stampede.
Of course, Inner Circle lost last year in this very same match but this year, if they lose there will be a caveat. Maxwell Jacob Friedman has declared that if they accept the match at all, they must agree to disband if they lose.
