After the bout, Orton delivered another RKO to Hayes after Hayes refused a handshake. Orton was going to punt Hayes, but Owens pulled Hayes out of the ring. Orton and Owens fought on the outside before Owens ran off.
Orton was taken out by Kevin Owens with a piledriver on the November 8th episode of WWE SmackDown. He returned at WWE Elimination Chamber to confront Owens.
