WWE announced that the WWE Champion has been handed down a storyline fine for "an undisclosed amount" after putting his hands on Adam Pearce on the November 9 episode of Raw. Orton is currently set to defend his title against Drew McIntyre tonight on Raw.

The winner of the Orton vs. McIntyre match will face Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a Champion vs. Champion match at Survivor Series on November 22.
