Report: Braun Strowman Undergoing Elbow Surgery On Monday

The big man is going under the knife on Monday.

On the latest edition of Monday Night RAW, "The Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman was beaten down by Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. The trio laid Strowman out and targeted his elbow. The beat down culminated with Corbin throwing steel steps onto Strowman's elbow and Strowman telling the medical staff that he can not feel anything in the area that was targeted during the attack.

This was done to write Strowman off of television so that he can have elbow surgery. When the announcement of Strowman legitimately having elbow issues was first reported, it was noted that Strowman had been dealing with elbow problems for quite some time. Last year Strowman shared a photo on his Instagram page of his elbow after undergoing surgery.

Today, PWInsider provided an update on the situation and noted that Braun is set to undergo surgery this upcoming Monday in Birmingham, Alabama. The site noted that the hope within WWE is that Strowman will be good to go come the TLC pay-per-view on December 16th where he goes one-on-one with Baron Corbin. If Strowman wins the TLC match against Corbin, he moves on to the Royal Rumble pay-per-view to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship and if Baron Corbin wins he becomes the permanent General Manager of RAW.
