The most must-see celebrity dancer of all time.
The Miz is no stranger to reality television. Long before he was ever on WWE TV, he was part of MTV's The Real World. When it came time for him to get his foot in the door of WWE, he did so through WWE's reality show, Tough Enough, specifically the SmackDown-exclusive, "$1,000,000 Tough Enough" season in 2004.
Now, he is the star of his own reality show called “Miz and Mrs.” on the USA Network. Still, he is always looking to grow his brand and maybe turning to reality television once again in order to do so.
According to a new report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, The Miz has been cast as a contestant in the upcoming season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. this will be the 30th season of the long-running show and so far, JoJo Siwa has also been confirmed for the show, making history as the first female contestant to be paired with a female pro.
On WWE television, The Miz recently separated from John Morrison, and even though that you were scheduled to have a match this past Monday on Raw, that match would not come to fruition as John Morrison would instead face Omos.
The Miz, 40, is far from the first WWE Superstar to have ever competed on the show as Stacy Keibler, Chris Jericho, and Nikki Bella have all been contestants as well. Nikki Bella wound up meeting her future husband, Artem Chigvintsev, while she was on the show and the two were paired together.
Recently, the former Fandango stated that he believes that he was given a dancer gimmick because Vince McMahon thought it was so stupid that Chris Jericho competed on the reality show. Learn more here.
