On October 5, 2023, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Rampage on TNT.

The show was headlined by Komander, Penta El Zero Miedo, Lince Dorado & Johnny TV facing each other in a Fatal Four Way to determine a new contender for Eddie Kingston's ROH World Championship. Also on the show, Kris Statlander teamed up with Hikaru Shida, The Hardys teamed up with Best Friends & more. Full results are listed below.

  • The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) & Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor) def. Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, Jake Hager & Daniel Garcia (w/ Anna Jay).
  • Eddie Kingston was interviewed backstage, but he was interrupted by Triple JJJ (Satnam Singh, Jeff Jarrett, Sonjay Dutt & Karen Jarrett) confronted Kingston to demand a title shot for Jay Lethal. Kingston responded by saying that he wanted to see Lethal prove something before calling Jeff Jarrett a carny son of a bitch. Stokely Hathaway met with Dutt backstage and told him that he had a proposition for Dutt, which interested him.
  • The Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta) def. Levi Shapiro & Wise Guy Ruiz.
  • Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, Jake Hager, Daniel Garcia & Anna Jay were interviewed backstage by Renee Paquette. Garcia said that he tried to get the win for the group while everyone was taken out, but Parker responded by saying that they were going to deal with the loss as a "family".
  • ROH World Heavyweight Championship - #1 Contender's Match: Komander vs. Lince Dorado vs. Johnny TV vs. Penta El Zero Miedo (w/ Alex Abrahantes).
    • ROH World Champion Eddie Kingston was in the broadcast team during the match.
  • Ortiz called out Mike Santana in a backstage promo. Ortiz promised to expose Sanatan before stating the following: "Karma took one knee, and I will take the other one".
  • Kris Statlander & Hikaru Shida vs. Nyla Rose & Marina Shafir.
