Chris Jericho Bout Set For Friday's AEW Rampage

Michael Elgin vs Rhino

They try to knock each other over until Rhino drops Michael with a clothesline and Elgin rolls out of the ring, taking his time to catch his breath before getting back into the ring. Michael rocks Rhino with forearms and Rhino hits a shoulder tackle in the corner before Michael rolls out of the ring when he teases a Gore. Rhino brings Michael back into the ring and Michael comes back with a dropkick before whipping Rhino into the corner for a two count before hitting a scoop slam into an elbow drop for another two count. Rhino and Michael run into each other and fall to the mat before Michael catches Rhino coming in and hits a uranage before missing a corkscrew senton. Rhino drops Michael with back elbows before hitting a spinebuster for a near fall and Michael hits several running splashes in the corner before they counter suplexes attempts until Michael hits a suplex and Rhino a piledriver for a near fall. Rhino hits a superplex for a near fall before Michael hits with him a lariat and before they end up out of the ring and counted out.

Winner: No contest due to double count out.

-They brawl after the match until they're separated as we go to commercial.

IMPACT Tag Team Title Match

The North (c) vs Reno Scum

Ethan and Luster start things off, Luster dropping Ethan before hitting a headbutt to the groin and a scoop slam into a diving punch. RS double team Ethan briefly before he gets dropkicked out of the ring and Josh comes in, Josh swinging Frank around before locking in a headlock and hitting an assisted draping DDT for a two count as we go to commercial.

We return to the action to Josh in control of Frank, beating on him and man handling him around the ring before Ethan hits a spinning backbreaker and drives his shoulder into his midsection repeatedly in the corner. Frank fights off The North and finally tags in Luster as Josh gets the tag in the opposite side before rocking Josh with punches and hitting several running clotheslines and a cutter. Luster hits a spinebuster for a near fall after Josh argues with the referee over trying to get a pin with his feet on the ropes before Reno get a near fall that Ethan breaks up by putting Josh's foot on the bottom rope from ringside. Frank then hits a DVD before Ethan catches him up top and The North hit their finisher for the pin and the win.

Winner: The North defeat Reno Scum via pinfall to retain their IMPACT Tag Team titles.

-We go backstage to Alisha Edwards helping Ace Austin on crutches with his ribs taped up before he smiles when she leaves and drops the crutches before walking away as we go to commercial.

-Madison Rayne interrupts Jordynne Grace in the locker room and tries to coax her into teaming up, but Jordynne is having none of it.

Havok vs Alisha

Alisha hits Havok with forearms before Havok catches her and hits a fall away slam and tosses her across the ring by her hair before Alisha comes back and goes for a diving cross body, only for Havok to catch her and hit a tombstone piledriver for the pin and the win.

Winner: Havok defeats Alisha via pinfall with a tombstone piledriver.

-Ace Austin comes out and helps Alisha after the match before her husband Eddie Edwards shows up and chases Ace around the ring before Eddie gets chokeslammed by Havok and Ace and Alisha leave before we immediately cut to a promo by Su Yung and cut back to the announcers.

-Sami Callihan and OvE cut a promo about Sami's No Disqualification match against Tommy Dreamer later tonight before we get a taped promo of Moose outside among palm trees, Moose talking about his Twitter feud with Ken Shamrock before warning him about coming to the IMPACT Zone.

X-Division Championship Match

Jake Crist (c) vs Rich Swann

Jake and Rich run the ropes and flip before Rich hits a huricanrrana into a dropkick that sends Jake out of the ring before Rich hits a 619 from the apron with the bottom rope and gets superkicked in midair when he goes for a diving move. Jake locks in a rear chin lock and drops Rich with a kick before reapplying the chin lock and tossing Rich out of the ring before hitting a back suplex onto the apron for a two count. Jake takes Rich down to the mat with a headlock and transitions into a submission before Rich counters it into a pin attempt for a two count. Rich catches Jake with a boot and hits a rolling, jumping clothesline before rocking Jake with right hands and a buzzsaw kick that sends him out of the ring. Rich hits a diving elbow drop for a near fall before they counter each other until Jake hits a DVD for a near fall and Rich counters a shiranui before hitting a 450 for a near fall. Rich then drops Jake with a kick before Rich nearly hits the referee with a Lethal Injection and Jake rolls him up with the tights for the pin and the win.

Winner: Jake Crist retains his X-Division Championship by defeating Rich Swann via pinfall.

-We get a video package for the soon to debut Tenille Dashwood before the Knockouts champion Taya Valkyrie cuts a promo at a podium with John E. Bravo as security and holding up signs in the background.

Willie Mack vs Trey

Trey shows off his superior athleticism before Willie shows off how athletic he is for a big guy and drops Trey before hitting a standing moonsault for a two count. Trey hits a springboard huricanrrana and Willie rocks him with a boot before hitting a cannonball in the corner and Trey counters a stunner into a roll up for a near fall before hitting a neckbreaker for a near fall of his own. They exchange forearms until Trey hits an enzuigiri and Willie catches him up top before Trey goes for a sunset powerbomb off of the top, but Willie is too strong, so he hits a cheeky nandos. Willie then catches Trey coming off of the top with a stunner for the pin and the win.

Winner: Willie Mack defeats Trey via pinfall with a stunner.

No Disqualification Match

Sami Callihan vs Tommy Dreamer

They brawl in the ring to start the match before they end up rolling out of the ring and Tommy hits Sami with the ring bell before Sami returns the favor and sends Tommy into the crowd as we go to commercial.

We return to the action in the ring, Tommy laying Sami out with a kendo stick before Sami drops him with a boot and hits him with the stick. Sami hits Tommy with a chair and chokes him with the stick before dropping Tommy onto a pile of chairs for a two count and putting a chair on top of him before throwing one at that chair. Sami wedges a chair in the corner and Tommy hits him with right hands and a bionic elbow before Sami goes shoulder first into the chair and Tommy brings a trash can from the back. Tommy sets up a ladder in the corner before Sami sends him into it and throws the trash can at him for a near fall before Tommy counters a piledriver and sends Sami face first into the trash can before hitting a DVD for a near fall. Tommy then goes to piledrive Sami onto a chair before Sami hits a piledriver onto a piece of plywood set up on two chairs for the pin and the win.

Winner: Sami Callihan defeats Tommy Dreamer via pinfall with a piledriver.

-Tessa Blanchard attacks Sami after the match before Jake Crist saves him and Sami hits a piledriver to Tessa as we go off the air.
