On January 13, 2024, TNA hosted the first PPV of the returning TNA Era, "Hard to Kill" from The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada on TNA Plus.

The show was headlined by Alex Shelley defending the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Moose. The full results are listed below.

TNA Hard to Kill (1/13/2024).

  • Hard To Kill Countdown: Steve Maclin def. Rich Swann.
  • Moose, Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers & NFL Running Back D'Angelo Williams were interviewed backstage. Moose was happy to bring Williams to the event before everyone else in the group promised to win their matches and trust "The System".
  • DJ Whoo Kid introduced AJ Francis to the ring. After the introduction, Francis reflected on making $1 million before the age of 25 before presenting his music video with Whoo Kid for the song "We Outside". The music video was immediately interrupted by Joe Hendry. Hendry put over Francis for sharing his music video but presented a music video for Francis called "The AJ Francis Story".
    The song dedicated to Francis made fun of falling down and holding the "Cheez-It" Belt dedicated to the NCAA Citrus Bowl. DJ Whoo Kid & Francis attacked Hendry from behind before Francis hit a Chokeslam on Hendry.
  • Hard To Kill Countdown: The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Eric Young & Frankie Kazarian.
  • Hard To Kill Countdown: TNA Digital Media Championship - No Disqualification Match: Crazzy Steve def. Tommy Dreamer (c) to win the TNA Digital Media Championship.
    • The finish came when Crazzy Steve put a stack of forks on Dreamer's chest before catching him with a cannonball. Steve hit a Diving DDT on Dreamer to pick up the win & become the eighth TNA Digital Medica Champion.
  • After a passionate cold open narrated by Eric Young, Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Knockouts Ultimate X Match: Gisele Shaw def. Xia Brookside, Jody Threat, Tasha Steelz, Alisha Edwards & Dani Luna.
  • AJ Francis made fun of beating up Joe Hendry and said that his & DJ Whoo Kid's new single "We Outside" was a smash hit.
  • PCO def. Dirty Dango (w/ Oleg Prudius & Alpha Bravo) (via Disqualification).
    • Bravo, Dango & Prudius attacked PCO after the match, but Rhino made the save. Authority Figure Santino Marella made it a Trios Match, assigning Bravo, Dango & Prudius against the team of PCO, Rhino & the appointed partner, Jake Something.
  • Jake Something, Rhino & PCO def. Dirty Dango, Oleg Prudius & Alpha Bravo.
  • TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship Match: Decay (Rosemary & Havok) def. MK Ultra (Masha Slamovich & Killer Kelly) (c) to win the TNA Knockouts Tag Titles.
  • Scott D'Amore & AAA President Dorian Roldan came to the ring to talk about TNA & AAA's partnership. Roldan & D'Amore signed a renewal of their partnership to bring more Lucha Libre Talent to TNA & vice versa. This smoothly transitioned into the match for the X-Division Championship.
  • TNA X-Division Championship Match: Chris Sabin (c) def. KUSHIDA & El Hijo del Vikingo.
  • Josh Alexander def. Alex Hammerstone.
  • TNA Tag Team Championship Match: ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) (c) def. Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson), The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz), and Mike Bailey & Laredo Kid.
  • TNA Knockouts Championship Match: Jordynne Grace def. Trinity (c) to win the TNA Knockouts Championship.
    • Ash By Elegance (formerly known as Dana Brooke) watched the match from the crowd alongside George Iceman.
  • TNA World Championship Match: Moose def. Alex Shelley (c) to win the TNA World Championship.
    • The System (Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards & Alisha Edwards) appeared on the ramp to celebrate Moose's win, but the celebration abruptly stopped when 1980s music played. After that, it was revealed that the music belonged to no other than Nic Nemeth (formerly known as Dolph Ziggler). Nemeth hit a Superkick followed by a Zig Zag on Moose before running to the crowd. Nemeth tore his shirt in half to reveal that he was wearing a TNA T-Shirt. Nemeth embraced the fans to end the broadcast.
