On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, WWE hosted a new episode of NXT on the USA Network.

The show was headlined by Trick Williams facing "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne in a grudge match. The show also featured all of the fallout of NXT No Mercy. The full results of the show are listed below.

  • NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender's Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger vs. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & TNA X-Division Champion Zachary Wentz) vs. Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey).
  • Oro Mensah vs. Lexis King.
  • Tatum Paxley vs. Rosemary.

  • After a video recap of NXT No Mercy, Vic Joseph & Booker T. Huffman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • Trick Williams came to the ring for a promo to kick off the show. Williams called Dunne to the ring but was interrupted by NXT Champion Ethan Page. Page apologized for not being Dunne, but said he took offense with Williams kicking off the show instead of the champion. Williams told Page he should not get too comfortable because he was coming for the NXT Title, but Page said he would be surprised if Williams made it to Chicago. Dunne tried to attack Williams but they were stopped by an army of referees.
  • As Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) argued with Hank Walker & Tank Ledger argued backstage, The Fatal Influence (Jasmyn Nyx, Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley) confronted Jaida Parker to make fun of her losing at NXT No Mercy. Parker then challenged Nyx to a match tonight.
  • NXT Tag Team Championship - #1 Contender's Triple Threat Tag Match: The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & TNA X-Division Champion Zachary Wentz) def. Hank Walker & Tank Ledger, and Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) (w/ Joe Coffey) via Pinfall (Meteora/ Swanton Bomb Combo on Ledger).
    • Joe Coffey, Je'Von Evans & The Good Brothers (Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson) all interfered during the match.
  • Sarah Schreiber interviewed Axiom & Nathan Frazer after the match, but The Rascalz interrupted and bowed to take the NXT Tag titles to TNA next week.
  • Lexis King def. Oro Mensah (w/ Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) via Pinfall (Rope-Assisted Stacked Pin).
  • Oba Femi confronted The Family (Tony D'Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Luca Crucifino & Adrianna Rizzo), leading to D'Angelo assigning Stacks to face Oba Femi tonight.
  • Gallus (Wolfgang, Mark Coffey & Joe Coffey) complained about Je'Von Evans interfering tonight before the No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne & Wren Sinclair) interrupted. Gallus said that after dealing with Evans, they would come for the NXT Heritage Cup.
  • Tatum Paxley def. Rosemary (w/ Wendy Choo) via Pinfall (Tequila Shot).
    • Choo & Rosemary attacked Paxley after the match, but Lyra Valkyria made her NXT return to make the save. Paxley & Valkyria embraced after the match.
  • Pete Dunne & Trick Williams continued to brawl backstage before NXT General Manager Ava told them to head to the ring immediately to solve this.
  • Jordynne Grace cut a promo from her gym, where she said she would issue an Open Challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Title next week.
  • Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne - Double Count-Out.
    • NXT Champion Ethan Page watched the match backstage.
  • Ridge Holland cut a promo backstage, where he said Chase University was nothing without him and said that from here onward, he would start the step-by-step destruction of Chase University next week and he would love every second of it.
  • Shawn Spears met with Brooks Jensen backstage, where he thanked Jensen for avenging him. Spears then said he was committed to this and said he only cared about what Jensen thought regarding possible mentorship. Dion Lennox then interrupted and said Spears was gaslighting him.
  • Je'Von Evans def. Joe Coffey (w/ Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) via Pinfall (Twisting Splash).
    • Gallus tried to interfere, but Cedric Alexander stopped them.
  • Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley spoke backstage, where Valkyria said that she had Paxley's back to get back at Rosemary & Wendy Choo.
  • Ava was interviewed by Sarah Schreiber, with her saying Pete Dunne and Trick Williams will go at it again next week in a Last Man Standing Match.
  • Oba Femi def. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo (w/ Adrianna Rizzo, Luca Crucifino & Tony D'Angelo) via Pinfall (Pop-Up Powerbomb).
  • Ashante Adonis tried to steak with Karmen Petrovic & Brinley Reece before Eddy Thorpe interrupted. Adonis told Thorpe to let him do his work or Thorpe would get this work.
  • Wren Sinclair spoke with Je'Von Evans, who wanted a shot at the NXT Heritage Cup, which Sinclair accepted. Charlie Dempsey was frustrated by this situation.
  • Jaida Parker def. Jasmyn Nyx (w/ Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne) via Pinfall (Hip Check).
    • Fatal Influence laid out Jaida Parker after the match, with Nyx hitting a Pele Kick on Parker.
  • Fatal Influence (Jasmyn Nyx, Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne) confronted Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan & most of the NXT Women's Locker Room backstage, where they called their shot at Jordan's NXT Women's North American Title.
  • NXT Women's World Champion Roxanne Perez came to the ring for a promo, where she said no one could take the title away from her because she would still hold her title in the end. Perez then was interrupted not by Giulia, but by Chelsea Green of all people. Green said that no one could tell her she was not the number one contender for the NXT Women's Title... and then the Bella Donna arrived. Former World Of Stardom Champion, Wonder Of Stardom Champion, Ice Ribbon International Ribbon Tag Team Champion, Goddesses Of Stardom Champion, and NJPW STRONG Women's Champion Giulia made her Performance Center debut and made her impact immediately. Giulia blasted Green with a forearm strike before formally challenging Perez to a title match on NXT's premier on the CW Network. Perez & Giulia had a face-to-face to end the broadcast.
