On Sunday, June 9, 2024, WWE hosted a new edition of "NXT Battleground" from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada on Peacock & the WWE Network.

The show was headlined by Trick Williams defending his NXT Title against "All Ego" Ethan Page and TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace challenging Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship. The full results of the show are listed below.

WWE NXT Battleground (6/9/2024).

  • After a video package previewing the card, Special Host Sexxy Red and the broadcast team of Vic Joseph & Booker T welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • NXT Women's North American Championship - Ladder Match: Kelani Jordan def. Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Jaida Parker, Fallon Henley & "Michin" Mia Yim.
  • NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Super Sonic Duo (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) (c) def. The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Luke Gallows & "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) via Pinfall.
  • NXT Underground Match: Lola Vice def. Shayna Baszler via TKO.
  • There was a video package for Eddy Thorpe, who will return on the 6/11 edition of NXT.
  • Kelani Jordan celebrated with Sexxy Red backstage, who congratulated Jordan on her win tonight.
  • NXT North American Championship Match: Oba Femi (c) def. Wes Lee & Joe Coffey (w/ Mark Coffey & Wolfgang)
  • WWE NXT Women's Championship Match: Roxanne Perez (c) def. Jordynne Grace via Pinfall.
    • Tatum Paxley appeared on the ramp and grabbed the TNA Knockouts Title before Ash By Elegance (formerly known as Dana Brooke in WWE) made her WWE Return to confront Paxley. Grace laid both out and got back in the ring to hit the Juggernaut Driver on Perez, but Perez reversed it with a Diamond Cutter before hitting the Pop Rox for the win.
  • Sara Schreiber interviewed Sexxy Red about her experience in NXT Battleground before Lola Vice appeared. Vice & Sexxy Red then started dancing.
  • Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) attacked Wes Lee backstage before an army of security guards and Steve Corino separated them.
  • NXT Championship Match: Trick Williams (c) def. Ethan Page via Pinfall.
