- Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender's Match: Madcap Moss vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Santos Escobar (w/ Zelina Vega) vs. Karrion Kross (w/ Scarlett).

- SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & TBA) (c) vs. Braun Strowman & Ricochet.

- After a video recap of the 2/3/2023 edition of SmackDown (full results for the show here) Michael Cole & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening segment.

- Paul Heyman was in the ring holding both the WWE Championship & WWE Universal Championship to cut a promo. Heyman said that he does not give predictions, he delivers spoilers. Heyman stated that Sami Zayn was a psychopath & an In-ZAYN Competitor before stating that Zayn was not in the building. Heyman asked the crowd if they really thought Zayn could become champion, to which the crowd responded with a ROAR to confirm their wish. Heyman then proceeded to call 2023 Royal Rumble Winner Cody Rhodes a dumbass before stating the titles were the family crest of the Anoai & Fatu families. Heyman emphasized that without the titles there was no Bloodline, no Heyman & no Roman Reigns.

After Heyman's remarks, Zayn appeared from behind Heyman and demaned the microphone. Heyman handed him the microphone before Zayn told him to calm down because he was not gonna hurt him, even though he could have right now. Zayn said that he would have dropped Heyman like a bag of dirt without anyone to protect him, and stated that if this was a month ago the Usos & Solo Sikoa would have protected him but they did not because Heyman knew that The Bloodline was crumbling. Zayn asked Heyman how long will it take until Sikoa's loyalty to Reigns would blow over & stated that Heyman looked at Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns like he had sunshine on his ass. Zayn said that Heyman was in the business of predictions & not spoilers so he told Heyman that Reigns had 8 days left with the gold ahead of Elimination Chamber. Heyman went to shake Zayn's hand, but Zayn hugged him instead & told Heyman to inform Reigns to not worry about Cody Rhodes because he would take him down. Heyman crumbled to the mat as he was bamboozled by Zayn's antics.

Drew McIntyre & Sheamus vs. Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante Adonis) (w/ B-Fab).

The match began with Adonis & McIntyre exchanging words before McIntyre hit the Glasgow's Kiss into an Overhead throw on Adonis. McIntyre went for the Claymore on Adonis, but Top Dolla pulled Adonis out of the ring before Sheamus hit a shoulder tackle on Adonis on the outside. Sheamus got back in the ring before Adonis greeted him with a dropkick, but Sheamus responded with an Irish Curse. Sheamus went for theBeats of the Battering on Adonis, but Top Dolla blocked him before Sheamus hit 20 Beats of the Battering on Top Dolla. Sheamus hit the White Noise on Adonis. Top Dolla went to attack Sheamus, btu McIntyre greeted him with a Claymore before Sheamus hit a Brogue Kick on Adonis for the pinfall win.

Winners: Drew McIntyre & Sheamus.

- After the match, a video vignette of "Valhalla" Sarah Logan & The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar). The Viking Raiders called out Sheamus & McIntyre to a match next week, calling their encounter destiny.

- There was a backstage promo of Karrion Kross & Scarlett ahead of his #1 Contender's Match, with Kross promising to make Rey Mysterio suffer specifically.

- 1/2 of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy Uso was backstage calling Jey Uso through the phone, but he did not get an answer.

Lacey Evans vs. Carmen Harress.

Evans & Harres (Indy Wrestler Becca) began the match before Evans hit a waist lock takedown before hitting crossface strikes on Harress. Harress got a roll-up on Evans, btu Evans kicked out before slamming Harress onto the turnbuckle. Evans hit an Irish Whip onto the opposite corner on Harress before doing three push ups. Evans hit a lifted dropkick on Harress before hitting a Women's Right on Harress. Evans ended proceedings by locking in the Cobra Clutch on Harress for the submission win.

Winner: Lacey Evans.

- Jimmy Uso continued to call Jey ahead of his tag team match against Braun Strowman & Ricochet. Jimmy vented that Jey could not answer. Heyman asked Jimmy where was he before Jimmy asked him desperately if Heyman could be his partner, but Heyman told him that he will have to do it on his own.

- Sonya Deville argued with Adam Pearce before Raw's Chelsea Green interrupted them. Green asked for the SmackDown Manager before Pearce ran down on the two for begging demanding unwarranted opportunities. Pearce told them that they would team up to face Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan later in the night.

- Before the match Tag Title Match against Braun Strowman & Ricochet, Jimmy Uso was going for it on his own. Samantha Irvin was doing the ring announcements before Jimmy stopped her because Jey Uso finally showed up in the arena by walking from the crowd to defend the tag team championships before the commercial break.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match.

The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) (c) vs. Braun Strowman & Ricochet.

After the commercial break, The Usos double-teamed Ricochet before Ricochet evaded Jimmy and hit a back flip back elbow on Jimmy for a near fall. Strowman tagged in & slammed Jimmy into the corner with an Irish Whip before hitting a second Irish Whip. Strowman launched Ricochet onto Jimmy before Ricochet hit a dropkick on Jimmy for a near fall. Jey gave a pep talk to Jimmy before Jimmy got back in the ring and locked up with Ricochet, btu Ricochet tripped him and hit a standing moonsault on Jimmy for a near fall. Jey finally tagged in before Jimmy lifted Ricochet into a Jey's Samoan Drop before Jey hit a thrust kick to send Ricochet to the outside ahead of the commercial break.

Back from the break, Jey flipped Ricochet before catching him with a slap to the face before tagging in Jimmy. Jimmy laid in the punches on Ricochet before going for a Hip Attack, btu Ricochet got up and caught him with a rising knee strike. Ricochet tried to tag in Strowman, but Jey got him. Ricochet hit a springboard cross-body before Jey & Strowman tagged in. Strowman hit two shoulder tackles on Jey, a jab on Jimmy, a corner splash & a overhead strike on Jey's chest for a near fall. Strowman tried to clothesline Jey, btu Jey lowered the rope to send him to the outside before hitting a Tope Suicida to the outside & a Thrust kick on Strowman. Back in the ring, Jey hit a diving cross-body on Strowman for a near fall. Strowman got Jey up, but Jey got ddown and hit. thrust kick on Strowman, but Ricochet tagged in and hit a diving cross-body, a Lionsault & a Running Shooting Star on Jey for a near fall. Ricoceht went for the Recoil, but Jey evaded before Ricochet caught him with a Spinning Heel Kick. Jimmy caught him with an enziguri kick, but Strowman tagged in and hit a Powerslam on Jimmy. Ricochet tagged in and hit a Swanton Bomb off Strowman's shoulder to get a pin, but Jey pulled Ricochet out of the ring. Strowman tried to tackle Jey on the outside, but Jey evaded to send Strowman crashing onto the broadcast table. Ricochet hit a Fosbury Flop on Jey to the outside before climbing to the top rope & hitting a Shooting Star Press on Jimmy, but Jey did the blind tag and hit a Frog Splash on Ricochet immediately to get the pinfall win & retain the SmackDown Tag Team titles.

Winners: The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) (AND STILL SmackDown Tag Team Champions).

- Rey Mysterio called Karrion Kross a "Desgraciado (bastard in Spanish)" and promised to win the Fatal-4 Way match in the main event.

- WWE Tag Champions The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) were backstage celebrating their win before Jimmy asked Jey if he was in, but Jey stated that he did not know while Paul Heyman lurked from the background.

- Natalya cut an in-ring promo ahead of her involvement in the Women's Elimination Chamber. Natalya called Shayna Baszler a knock-off Ronda Rousey before promising to win the Elimination Chamber match. Shayna Baszler interrupted Natalya for calling her a knock-off Rousey before saying she was tired of everyone diminishing her accomplishments. Baszler said that she was fighting, wrestling & winning titles before Rousey before saying she did not need everyone telling her she lived in Rousey's shadow. To Baszler & Natalya's surprise, Ronda Rousey made her SmackDown return. Rousey immediately confronted Baszler before the two attacked Natalya. Shotzi came in to make the save, but Rousey & Baszler made quick work out of Shotzi before Baszler hit a Rising Knee strike on Natalya's arm.

- Sami Zayn confronted Jey Uso in the parking lot. Zayn welcomed him back before telling him that he did not want to put Jey in an uncomfortable position before telling Jey to be weary of Reigns's reaction to his return. Zayn promised Jey that everything was going down but told him that there was a way out of him before telling Jey that he acknowledge him.Jey told him that he needed to get out before the two fist bumped.

- LA Knigth was interviewed backstage in his return to SmackDown after his loss in the Pitch Black Match, but Knight said that he did not want to talk about that match whatsoever.

Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green vs. Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan.

Morgan & Deville began the match locking up until Deville got a headlock on Morgan. Deville hit a shoulder tackle on Morgan before the two ran the ropes for Morgan to hit a shotgun dropkick on Deville. Morgan hit a rising knee strike before going for an Axe Handle, but Deville caught her mid-air with a knee strike. Green tagged herself in before slamming Morgan to the corner & hitting a Bow & Arrow Curb Stomp on Morgan into the corner for a near fall. Green & Deville argued before Green tagged in Deville after Morgan tried to tag in Raquel. Deville pulled Morgan from her hair, but Morgan attacked both before Green pulled Morgan's hair. Deville accidentally hit a forearm strike on Green before Raquel tagged in. Raquel hit three lariats, Fall-Away Slam & a Corkscrew Splash on Deville for a near fall. Deville taggd in Green blindly, which led to Raquel tossing Green to the ring. Green hit a forearm strike on Deville accidentally before Raquel hit the Tejano Bomb on Green before Morgan hit the Oblivion on Green. Morgan & Raquel ended proceedings with Raquel powerbombing Morgan onto Green for the pinfall win.

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan.

- Emma & Madcap Moss cut a promo ahead of Moss's involvement in the Fatal Four Way match to become the #1 Contenders for the Intercontinental Title.

- Michael Colehosted a sit-down interview with SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair ahead of her match against the 2023 Women's Royal Rumble Winner Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39. Flair said thatshe hoped Ripley finally ready to prove she was on her level, but emphasized that she taught her a lesson 3 years ago before promising to put Rhea Ripley in her place.

Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender's Match.

Madcap Moss (w/ Emma) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Santos Escobar (w/ Zelina Vega) vs. Karrion Kross (w/ Scarlett).

Kross & Mysterio brawled in one corner while Moss & Escobar brawled in another corner. Moss tossed Escobar out of the ring before laying the punches on Kross, but Kross launched him to the outside with an Irish Whip. Kross hit an Irish Whip on Mysterio before he & Escoabr argued on who would fight Mysterio. Kross tossed Escobar to the outside before he stomped away at Mysterio, but Mysterio hti a diving senton on Kross, but Kross responded with a running boot. Escobar & Mysterio double-teamed Kross before Moss hti a lariat on Escobar & a Fallaway slam on Mysterio onto Escobar. Moss hit consecutive corner spears before Kross evaded and hit a corner lariat on Moss. Escobar hit a running forearm strike before hitting a running knee to send Kross to the outside.

Escobar & Mysterio had a stare-down before the two evaded each other's offense. Escoabr hti a single-leg kick on Mysterio for a near fall. Escobar tossed Mysterio to the apron with a Bandera, but Mysterio responded with a diving Hurricanrana, but Escobar responded with a tilt-to-world back breaker for a near fall. Mysterio hit a Monkey Flip Hurricanrana on Escobar to place him on the middle rope before hitting a dive on Kross to the outside. Moss tried to attack Mysterio, but was greeted by a Tope Suicida from Escobar while IMPERIUM (Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci) watched the match from the crowd before the final commercial break of the show.

Back from the break, Kross hit a forearm strike on Escobar for a near fall. Kross then hit an Exploder Suplex on Mysterio for a near fall. Moss got back up and gifted shoulder tackles on Kross, Mysterio & Escobar. Kross hit a forearm strike on Moss, but Moss responded with a Spinebuster on Kross for a near fall. Escobar got a Victory Roll on Moss for a near fall before connecting an enziguri kick on Moss for a near fall. Escobar hit a drop toe-hold into a sunset flip on Mysterio, btu Mysterio responded with a dropkick for a near fall. Moss went for a back suplex on Mysterio, but Mysterio evaded and hit a Tornado DDT on Kross, but Escobar caught him with the Phantom Driver on Mysterio before Moss broke the pinfall attempt. Escobar climbed to the top rope, but Moss greeted him there Escobar hit a Frankensteiner on Moss off the top rope for a near fall. Kross clotheslined Escobar out of the ring before he got Mysterio an went for a Powerbomb, but Mysterio reversed it with a Hurricanrana into the 619 on Kross. Scarlett tripped Mysterio to distract him, allowing Kross to hit a forearm strike on Mysterio. Escobar clotheslined Kross to send himself & Kross to the outside, which allowed Moss to hit a diving elbow drop on Mysterio for the pinfall win.

Winner: Madcap Moss (w/ Emma).

- Paul Heyman talked to Jimmy Uso backstage while he was watching the show. Heyman instructed him & Jey to stay at home from the show in Ontario, Canada per the orders of Roman Reigns because sometimes you can see things on TV that you can't see live. Jimmy was bamboozled to end the broadcast.
