Here is your post-WWE Fastlane fight size update for Saturday, October 7, 2023.

- Jade Cargill made her much anticipated WWE debut during the Fastlane pre-show. Jade was shown exiting a vehicle where she was greeted by Triple H. The two then walked off together having a conversation.

- In the opening match of the night, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeated Finn Balor and Damian Priest to become the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. The Judgment Day were all ringside, effectively operating 5-on-2, but Balor was left alone after JD McDonagh inadvertently took out Priest's knee.

- Short a person in their Six-Man Tag Team Match, Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar were aided by a returning Carlito, who would hit a Backstabber on Montez Ford to score the LWO the victory over The Street Profits and Bobby Lashley. Carlito hasn't been seen since Backlash in Puerto Rico earlier this year.

- WWE announced that Crown Jewel will be taking place on November 4 in Saudi Arabia. No further details were given other than that it will be part of Riyadh Season.

- With the help of a distraction from Bayley, IYO SKY was able to retain the WWE Women's Championship in her match against Charlotte Flair and Asuka.

- Shane McMahon's son, Declan, was shown sitting ringside at Fastlane with some of his fellow Indiana Hoosiers football teammates.

- Pat McAfee came to the ring to introduce John Cena but also took the opportunity to make the case for Indianapolis as a future WrestleMania destination.

- Paul Heyman appeared to be on the phone with Roman Reigns (as speculated by commentary) during The Bloodline's loss to John Cena and LA Knight.

- Damian Priest did not want to leave Fastlane empty-handed, intending to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase, but was stopped by Rhea Ripley. She explained to Priest that he was in no condition and then made him give her the briefcase.

- Even nunchucks were not enough to help Shinsuke Nakamura overcome Seth Rollins as the World Heavyweight Champion was able to retain his title in a hard-hitting Last Man Standing Match.

- Triple H noted that the attendance for the event was 14,520 and it was the highest-grossing event ever in Indianapolis. They also set gate and sponsorship records for Fastlane.
