Rhea Ripley reacts to being back on top.
On January 25th at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, Rhea Ripley kicked off the show with a title defense against Nia Jax in an Elimination Chamber 2024 rematch. Ripley would go on to win the match with a Riptide.
In a digital exclusive posted to WWE's social channels, Rhea Ripley was interviewed after retaining her title and was asked how it feels to be back on top.
"I mean, it's always good to be on top, right? It feels fantastic though, honestly I've missed this championship, I've missed this Women's World Championship I was the first ever Women's World Champion and I just feel like it belongs on my shoulder, it belongs in my bag it belongs with me 24/7. So it's real nice to be reunited."
Later on in the interview, Rhea was asked about possibly entering the Royal Rumble as champion, with Ripley teasing entering the men's match.
"I think it would be a bad decision. Maybe I'll be in the men's one."
While Ripley has brawled with several of the men's roster, she has yet to join the likes of Chyna and Beth Phoenix as women who have entered the men's Rumble match.
