The two men will meet before their match at 'Money In The Bank'.
Roman Reigns and Jinder Mahal have been at odds with one another since Jinder came over to Monday Night's as a part of the 2018 WWE 'Superstar Shake-Up'. Reigns and Mahal's issues with one another began when Mahal cost Roman Reigns a spot in the men's Money In The Bank Ladder match which led to Roman Reigns returning the favor by costing Jinder his opportunity at being amongst the field of eight competitors come next Sunday.
Over the past number of weeks Jinder Mahal and Roman Reigns have been bringing the fight to one another whether it'd be in the ring or in the backstage area. During the May 21st edition of RAW it was announced that Mahal and Roman would be going one-on-one at 'Money In The Bank' on June 17th but the two men can not wait until the PPV to get their hands on one another. Jinder Mahal issued a challenge to Roman Reigns via social media for a match ahead of their bout at the PPV.
The former 3-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion responded to "The Modern-Day Maharajah's" challenge, noting that it will be just another Monday for him. The match has now been made official for this upcoming Monday's RAW; ahead of their singles match at 'Money In The Bank' Jinder Mahal and Roman Reigns will clash in one-on-one action.
