Ronda Rousey was a fan of what Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair accomplished at WWE Evolution.
Answering questions during a Q&A session on her website, Rousey was asked about her favorite match at WWE Evolution.
"Definitely Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair in the first-ever Last Woman Standing match. It was the first-ever on the first-ever. It was the first-ever Last Woman Standing match on the first-ever all-women's pay-per-view. It was just amazing to see those two women go out there and pour out their heart and soul in front of everyone and show everybody that they can do so much more with a closed fist and tables and chairs and everything they had than they could ever do with pillows and lingerie," explained Rousey. "They've broken a seal that can never be closed again. We didn't just walk through the door, Becky and Charlotte slammed the door behind us and made sure we will never have to walk backwards through that door and start focusing on the next one....or maybe the ceiling. We're taking the whole house down. They ended the last chapter with an exclamation point for all of us."
The Last Woman Standing bout between Charlotte and Becky received high praise from everyone tuning in. Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp gave the bout a 10/10 rating. Many were calling it the best women's match of all-time and the best WWE main roster match, male or female, of the year.
