Russell Crowe made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 39 when he showed up, via video package, to introduce the Hell in a Cell bout between Finn Balor and Edge.
Crowe's appearance came as a tie in for The Pope's Exorcist, which hits theaters on April 14.
Taking to social media, Crowe and Edge commented on the appearance.

Edge was victorious in the Hell in a Cell bout.
The match was briefly stopped after Balor suffered a nasty cut on his head that required staples. The cut occurred after Edge threw a ladder at his head.
