From WWE:

WWE has suspended Nuufolau Seanoa (Samoa Joe) for 30 days effective Monday, February 24, for his first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.

Joe has been out of action due to an injury he reportedly suffered while filming a WWE commercial and hit his head during a table spot. Ryan Satin reported that Joe could be out of action for a "considerable amount of time," though no timetable or official diagnosis was given with Dave Meltzer later reporting that Joe's injury was a concussion.

It is now the fourth suspension due to wellness policy violations announced by WWE in recent months. Last December, both Robert Roode and Primo Colon were suspended 30 days each. Andrade is set to return from suspension at the WWE Super ShowDown. WrestleVotes previously reported earlier this month that more suspensions were coming, saying Joe is going get hit with a wellness policy violation.
