- On the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell discussed the recent WWE releases and stars potentially being difficult to work with.

"Not 128 of them [could be difficult to work with], seriously," said Mantell. "I'd say out of the 128, you may have had 10, maybe 15 who were difficult to work with."

"But when you start a new job, you're not difficult to work with," said Mantell. "You'd do anything they want you to do. So that is just a line - I think the line might be they don't understand, or they're not getting it. That would be more believable than they're hard to work with."

- In a recent interview with Frank Mandolini of the Last Minute Wrestling Podcast, musician and composer John Kiernan shed some light on the creative process behind the entrance theme of IMPACT Wrestling’s Mercedes Martinez.

“I’m able to find bits of inspiration: what makes reggaeton, reggaeton? But also what makes Mercedes Martinez, Mercedes Martinez?” Kiernan said about her theme, adding that “She loved the theme she used in the Mae Young Classic, so this was a new evolved version. What made that song pop? What were the musical elements? That one was more digital, and I went to the Spanish road with a descending progression. A lot of the music you associate with it has the same descending chord progression [...] and my approach was to reflect Mercedes Martinez [and her heritage] with the music.”
