Scoprio Sky has been waiting.
On the June 17 episode of AEW Collision, a return vignette aired for Scorpio Sky. Sky noted that he had been watching and waiting, and that he's the future and present of AEW.
Scorpio's AEW accomplishments were highlighted, including him being one-half of the first-ever AEW Tag Team Champions alongside Frankie Kazarian, his Face of the Revolution ladder match victory in 2021, and his AEW TNT Title victories in 2022.
Sky has not competed since losing the AEW TNT Title to Wardlow on the July 6, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Scorpio had been dealing with a leg injury, but was reportedly cleared dating back to the end of 2022.
