Sean Waltman Says He Got A 'Nice Check' For WWE 2K22 Thanks To nWo 4-Life Edition

Sean Waltman remarks that he got a nice payday for WWE 2K22 and reflects on being offered stock in WWE when the company went public in 1999.

Whether it was as 1-2-3 Kid, Syxx, or X-Pac, Sean Waltman has been featured in over a dozen video games since 1994. Because of a particular nWo deluxe variant, Waltman was featured on the cover of WWE 2K22. Also featured on the game's cover were the original nWo trio: Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, and Kevin Nash.

In a recent video on chiropractor Dr. Beau Hightower's YouTube channel, Waltman reflected positively on the paycheck he received for that game.

"It could always be more," Waltman said with a laugh when asked about royalty checks he receives for D-Generation X and New World Order merchandise. "It depends on what it is. Got a nice check for WWE 2K22 last year. They had a special nWo one."

Waltman also claimed that he was one of a dozen superstars to receive shares of WWE stock when the company went public in 1999.

"30,000 shares. Yeah, there was a dozen of us that got stock options," he said.

Waltman is also a two-time WWE Hall of Famer for his time in both DX and the nWo. He has yet to be inducted on his own.

Recently, it was reported that the WWE Hall of Famer is getting back into "ring shape." Read more here.
