Shane-O has returned.
A few weeks ago on SmackDown Live, the former commissioner of the blue-brand Shane McMahon was the target of an attack by Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens. Owens and Zayn topped off the beat down of their former boss by "powerbombing" him onto a steel structure of sorts.
WWE would then announce that Shane McMahon was hospitalized due to diverticulitis and a hernia which most thought was a part of the storyline attack by way of the two former NXT Champions. It was later reported by Dave Meltzer during an edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio that the injury Shane is dealing is legit.
To open up tonight's edition of SmackDown Live, Shane McMahon was welcomed back by his partner at WrestleMania 34, Daniel Bryan.
Both Bryan & Shane would go onto discuss the payback that they were going to get on Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for the havoc they've caused SmackDown over the past several months. Owens & Zayn were "fired" by GM Daniel Bryan on the March 20th edition of the show which was not taken well. Owens & Zayn proceeded to take out Bryan on the same day that the news broke of his clearance for a return to in-ring competition.
In just five days at WrestleMania 34 Daniel Bryan & Shane McMahon look to rid of the "Yep" movement and if they cannot defeat the duo, Zayn & Owens will be reinstated to SmackDown Live.
