Shaquille O’Neal came to AEW Dynamite and got cooled off.
On the November 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jade Cargill made her debut and interrupted a promo by Cody Rhodes. At the end of her promo, she said Cody had awakened a sleeping giant that goes by the name of Shaq. Following the promo, she was confronted by Cody's wife Brandi.
On Wednesday, Shaq appeared in a sit-down interview with Tony Schiavone and Brandi. Shaq said he was just bantering with Cody and had a lot of respect for the Rhodes family. He also expressed his excitement for the eventual showdown between Jade and Brandi.
Everything seemed to end well, but Shaq took one more dig at Brandi, telling her to watch out for Jade. None too pleased with his comment, Brandi threw Schiavone's drink on Shaq, calling him an asshole and walking away.
