Shawn Michaels comments on the possibility of NXT and TNA coming together for a massive Worlds Collide event.
The NXT and TNA relationship has grown throughout 2024, with multiple appearances by TNA wrestlers like Jordynne Grace and Joe Hendry competing in major WWE NXT events. Now, Shawn Michaels is addressing the possibility of both promotions coming together for a major crossover event.
Speaking with The Ringer, HBK said he looks at the relationship as one that could provide possibilities for years to come.
"Those things are always possible. I look at this and hope it is a long-standing relationship," he said. "In my personal opinion, I feel that sometimes if you go to those type of things too soon, well now you’ve gone through it and where do you go from there? Right now, we’re enjoying this partnership, and we’re enjoying different matchups than we thought we’d be able to see here in just a short amount of time. Excited about the future, excited about that relationship. Nothing is ever off the table in WWE, certainly in NXT. We want to go slower as opposed to faster."
