Shingo Takagi regained the NEVER Openweight Championship at NJPW Destruction in Kobe, defeating HENARE.
The finish saw Shingo hit multiple Pumping Bombers and finishing off HENARE with Last of the Dragon.
This marks the fifth reign as NEVER Openweight Champion for Shingo, which times him with Hirooki Goto for second all-time. Tomohiro Ishii has held the title six times.
HENARE's reign last 105 days. He made one successful title defense.
