Spike Dudley recalls being on the receiving end of powerbombs delivered by Brock Lesnar during his WWE debut.
Spike Dudley played a major role in Brock Lesnar's debut in April 2002, taking multiple powerbombs from "The Next Big Thing." Maven also received Brock Lesnar's wrath that evening.
Spike Dudley and Maven recently got together to record a video for Maven's YouTube channel. During the video, Spike reflected on that evening and said that night was the only night he "tapped out." instead of taking three power bombs, he was supposed to take five, but the pain was just too great.
"This was the only time I ever tapped out. This was supposed to be five powerbombs. I could only handle three. You'll see him go down for the fourth one, and I say, 'No, I can't do it anymore.' I've never tapped out. I thought I could do it, but my head was a mess. This is the only time I've ever felt like a pussy in the world of wrestling," Spike recalled. "I always hate watching this because I know it always makes the [highlight reels] Brock's debut, and we're on it for history, but I always look at it and cringe because I went, 'I was such a pussy.'"
In the past, Maven has spoken about receiving Brock Lesnar's very first F5. Read his comments here.
