Sting praises Konosuke Takeshita.
Sting and Darby Allin recently wrestled Konosuke Takeshita & Powerhouse Hobbs in a Tornado Tag Match on the January 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. Following the match, Takeshita said that he enjoyed wrestling Sting and reflected on watching Sting wrestle The Great Muta.
Sting would later reply saying that he sees the makings of another star the caliber of The Great Muta.

Sting and Muta had a top rivalry in WCW in 1989 and would later go on to be friends. Sting and Darby teamed with Muta in one of his final matches.
Sting is gearing up for his final match taking place at AEW Revolution.
