Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch Pleads Not Guilty To Nine Different Charges In Fatal Car Crash Case

Here's the latest on Sunny's DUI case.

The Daytona Beach News Journal is reporting that Sytch, who was involved in a fatal car crash back in March, has entered a plea of not guilty to nine of her charges brought upon her by the Ormond Beach Police Department. The list of charges includes one (1) count of driving with a suspended revoked license causing death/serious injury, four (4) counts of DUI with "damage to person", and two (2) counts of DUI with damage to property.

Police noted that when the wreck occurred, Sytch had a blood alcohol content of .280, which is 3½ times the legal limit in Florida of .08. Police also found a unsealed bottle of vodka in Sytch's car at the time of the crash.

Back in April, Sytch responded to a user on Twitter about the crash and claimed that a seizure is the actual cause of the wreck. Click here to see more on that.

In May, Sytch was arrested in connection to the nine charges that had been brought on her. Although she did post bail shortly after being arrested, her bail was revoked a week later and she currently still remains in Volusia County Jail due to her being labeled as a 'threat to the community'.
