Tiffany Stratton plans on finding the best submission hold for herself in preparation for her match with Thea Hail at WWE NXT Great American Bash.
Thea Hail has made Tiffany Stratton tap out several times on NXT television, but never when it counts and the referee's actually looking. Tiffany will face Thea in a Submission Match at the Great American Bash as she defends her NXT Women's Championship.
Speaking on the Sports Guys Talking Wrestling podcast, Stratton says she is going to prepare for the match by watching many Submission Matches and going to the open ring sessions at the WWE Performance Center, and trying out different submission holds until she finds one that works for herself.
"I'll do whatever it takes. If that means I have to sit down and watch Submission Match after Submission Match, then I'm going to do that. I'm going to go to open ring [at the WWE Performance Center], and I'm going to work on the best submissions that I think would fit me. I'll do whatever it takes. That's why I'm champion. That's why I'm at the top of the women's division because I will do whatever it takes. I work harder than any other woman in that locker room, and I prove it every time I have a match," she said.
